DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

DELAYS, LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

In the rare case that your order is lost or undelivered, we will arrange to reship the product.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY GUIDELINES

To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issues, we request you to:

• Record an unboxing video when opening your parcel
• Do not accept the package if it appears tampered at the time of delivery

If a package is marked as delivered via OTP confirmation, it will be considered successfully delivered.
